Day 1 & 2
The first two days of the program are spent at the Sadhana Yoga Retreat Centre. Sadhana Yoga is located just outside Pokhara, in the foothills of the Himalayas and surrounded by nature. The facility is removed from the sounds and rush of the city itself and overlooks the Lake Fewa toward the World Peace Pagoda. The location is the perfect site for meditation, yoga, and relaxation.
