Outline Itinerary
Day 1 Kathmandu - Pokhara (Retreat Center)Early morning private transport from Kathmandu to Pokhara. During the drive we will already have stunning views on the mighty Himalaya massifs which rise above 8.000m, like Manaslu, Annapurna and Dhaulagiri. Stay in Hotel or Yoga Retreat Center in Pokhara.
The first one to two days of the program spent at the Yoga Retreat Centre either in Kathmandu Center or Pokhara.
General Introduction and preparation course about the relaxation, meditation, yoga and stretching in the first days will prepare the mind and body for trekking.
Briefing and orientation about the trekking routes, precautions, cultural, seasonal Festival, Daily Yoga Trek Schedule & Yogic Meal introduce you by your Guide.
Day 2 Pokhara - Jomsom - Kagbeni
Day 3 Kagbeni - Jharkot - Muktinath
Day 4 Muktinath - Dzong - Jomsom
Day 5 Jomsom - Pokhara

Day 6 Pokhara Retreat Center
The final Day of the program are spent at Yoga Retreat Center to heal any weary muscles or joints, as well as a period of relaxation after trekking. The following facilities and offerings are available to calm the body and mind:
(Whole Body Massage, Aromatic Steam Bath, Mud Bath, Yoga Stretch and Meditation, Guided Relaxation, with Relaxing atmosphere, Wonderful Family Environment and (Farewell Dinner) Traditionally Prepared Meals)
