Itinerary
Day 1 : Kathmandu
Day of Preparation for Yoga Trek.
Day 2 : Kathmandu - Puma Village
6 hr travel by vehicle for Besisahar, 2 hr travel by vechicle or 3 hr walk for Pumagaun Gaun, Check in, evening sight scenes, viewing the Manaslu ranges, dinner, Gurung culture dances, rest. Over night Puma (1550m)
Day 3 : Puma Villlage - Ghalegaun
Wake up early morning, Viewing the sunrise, Breakfast, 3 hr walk for Ghalegaun, Check in, Lunch tour to ghalegaun, Tea farm, Uttarkanya temple, evening sight scene, Khudi Medem River Valley & many more, dinner, Great himalayan culture dances, rest. Overnight Ghalegaun (2050m).
Day 4 : Ghalegaun - Ghanpokhra
Wakeup early morning, viewing the morning sight scene, sunrise, Mt. Manaslu/Annapurna ranges, 13hills of district, breakfast, tour to Talangyo Pound & Birds watching. Tour to Buddha Gumba, Gurung lifestyle, evening sight scenes, Gurung Culture Entertainment, Dinner/Rest (Over night Ghanpokhara (2100m)
Day 5 : Ghanpokhara - Khudi
Tour to village and viewing the scenes, breakfast, 3 hr adventure jungle walk for Khudi, lunch at Hotel Himal Chuli view, check in, evening walk at Khudi & Marsyangdi river bank, diner, slide show, Overnight Khudi (792m).
Day 6 : Khudi - Kathmandu or Pokhara
Breakfast 2 and half hours travel by Vehicle for Vimal Nagar, Lunch, Tour to Siddha Cave (the beautiful & Huge cave of Asia), 4 to 3 hr travel for Ktm or Pkr or Chitwan.
Day 7 : Kathmandu or Pokhara Retreat Center
Day of complete Relaxation with all the activities at the Retreat Center.
